Ingredients: 1 Stick Soft Margarine 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 3 Ripe Bananas - mashed 2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1 Cup Nuts - Optional

Directions: |
Directions:Melt Margarine in bowl. Add sugar and eggs to margarine and cream together with mixer. Add flour, soda and vanilla. Mix together. Add mashed bananas and mix until blended. Add nuts (optional). Pour batter into Bread/Loaf pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 300º for about 70 minutes. When bread springs back to the touch...it is done. |

Notes: You can also pour the batter into individual mini-size bread pans, which makes 8 mini loaves. The kids love this for an after school treat or hot out of the oven in the morning with cream cheese. Enjoy!
