2 - 10 ounce Kit Kats
2 tablespoons softened butter


Chocolate Layer: (Make 2 batches)

2 - (8 ounce) bars softened cream cheese
½ cup melted bittersweet chocolate bits
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract



Peanut Butter Layer:

2 - (8 ounce) bars softened cream cheese
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract



Butterscotch Layer:

2 - (8 ounce) bars softened cream cheese
1 cups melted butterscotch bits
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom and sides of 2 9"-springform pans with parchment paper. Refrigerate the pans until ready to use.

Unwrap the Kit Kat bars and and divide evenly into 2 bowls. In a food processor, chop each bowl of Kit Kats and mix with 1 tablespoon butter. Press one bowl of the mixture in the bottom of each pan.

Mix all of the ingredients for each layer in a seperate bowl. Should have 1 bowl of peanut butter, 1 bowl of butterscotch and 2 bowls of chocolate.
