1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco and sugar. Beat in egg. Add 1 cup of flour, tarter, soda, salt and vanilla. Add other cup of flour. Roll in balls and then roll in sugar. Mash with fork or bottom of pretty glass or vase. Bake 9-10 minutes at 375º.
