"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2 bananas, sliced in 1/4 inch pieces 1 cup mini pretzel twists or pretzel "fishy" crackers 1/2 cup peanut butter
On a large plate, place bananas, pretzels and peanut butter into individual piles. Put the plate in the middle of the table and let everyone get their own pretzel, dip it into the peanut butter and "stick" it to a banana piece. Enjoy.
We've eaten this for a snack or for dessert. The kids love the build your own part, so it always comes out with just the right ratio. Sometimes we'll add mini marshmallows or chocolate chips to the pile of ingredients -- raisins would be good too.
