2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 large head of garlic chopped
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups of milk
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 potato

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil and garlic on low heat, add 1 potato chopped fine
2 1/2 cups of water
3 tabs chicken base
Let cook about 30 minutes
add about 2 1/2 cups of milk, cook until hot.
add 3 tbsp of cornstarch dissolve in 1/2 cup of water
add to hot milk slowly until it is thicken
add salt and pepper to taste
