2 large red onion - sliced

1 clove garlic - minced
1 oz blackberry liqueur
1 oz port
7 oz red wine vinegar
1 oz grenadine
2 oz balsamic vinegar
2 t dried oregano
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat for approximately 1 hour, or until the onions have just a slight crunch to them. Keep in refrigerator.
