2 lb. ground beef (browned)
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 1/2 cups diced peppers
2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup tomato paste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in "slow cooker" (crock pot). Cook on low heat for 8 hrs.
