1-1/2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
1 can red or black beans, drained
1-1/2 c water
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
4 tsps chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown ground beef (turkey) over med-hi heat; drain
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered 20 minutes
