Ingredients:  
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 stick oleo
sift into large bowl
1/2 c Crisco
1 c water
4 T cocoa
Bring to boil, pour over flour & sugar mixture, mix well.
Add and beat:
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease sheet pan (or large cookie sheet with sides). Spread batter. Bake 20 min at 400.
Icing:
1 stick oleo
4 tsp cocoa
1/2 c milk
Bring to boil, remove from heat, add 1 box powdered sugar, add nuts. Beat & spread on cake.
