2 cans crabmeat, drained
1 c seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c chopped green onion
1/4 c chopped red pepper
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tblsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tblsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine crab, 1/3 c bread crumbs, egg, onions, red pepper, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Divide mixture into eight portions.
Shape into 2" balls.
Roll in remaining bread crumbs
Flatten to 1/2" thickness
In a large nonstick skillet, cook crab cakes in butter for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
