1 c shortening
2 t soda
2 c sugar
2 t salt
2/3 c milk
2 t cinnamon
4 eggs
t allspice
4 c flour
t cloves
4 c finely chopped fresh rhubarb

Cream shortening, sugar & eggs, stir in milk. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add rhubarb and mix. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan.

t cinnamon
1/3 c brown sugar
2T cold butter
c chopped nuts
Combine flour sugar, cinnamon and cut in butter until crumbly. Add nuts. Spread over top of cake. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
