2 garlic cloves
2 tblsp sesame oil
1/4 c minced scallions
2 carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
2 med stalks of celery, thinly sliced
1 lb medium shrimp
1/2 lb sea scallops
1/4 c chicken broth
1/2 c choppped bok choy
1/2 c snow peas
3 tblsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add garlic and scallions to heated sesame oil in wok
Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and scallops; stir-fry for 1 minute
Stir in the broth; cover the wok and cook 1 minute
Add the bok choy, snow peas and soy sauce
Cook, covered for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with plenty of rice
