2 lbs. thawed hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix soup and potatoes and add onions and other ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350.
