1 stick margarine,
1 cup flour,
2 cups ground beef or ground sirloin,
1 cup each onions, carrots, celery,
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables,
1 small can of tomatoes,
1 Tbsp. Accent,
2 Tbsp. beef base
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick margarine and whip in 1 cup of flour to make a smooth paste. Stir in 1 quart and 1 pint water.
Saute 2 cups ground beef or ground sirloin. Drain off grease and add to soup. Add 1 cup each of onions,carrots, and celery which have been par-boiled.
Add 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, 1 small can of tomatoes, 1 tbsp. Accent, 2 tbsp. beef base, and 1 tsp. black pepper. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook till vegetables are done. May be frozen for later use.

Substitute 3 beef bullion cubes with water for beef base or use 3 cans of beef consume and 3 cans of water.
