12 firm, purplish asparagus spears
4 boneless skinless 6 oz. chicken breasts
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch of nutmeg
Oil
1 can cream of asparagus soup

Directions:
Directions:
Trim asparagus spears to 5 length. Flatten chicken breasts between 2 layers of plastic wrap, using a food mallet. Remove plastic. Season each chicken breast with lemon juice and nutmeg. Place spears on chicken breast and roll up tightly. Brush with oil and add soup. Bake seamside down in 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
