4 to 6 lb. beef or pork roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can Pepsi
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag baby peeled carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot. Add onion soup mix. Combine Pepsi and mushroom soup and pour over roast. Add as many baby carrots as will fit next to the roast. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours until carrots and roast are tender.
