1 well marbled Rib Steak per person
Kosher Salt or Regular Salt
Garlic Powder (not Garlic Salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Place steaks on plate or wax paper lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle both sides of each Rib Steak with salt and garlic powder. Cover with paper towels and let set at back of fridge 1-3 days. Heat grill or oiled cast iron pan. Cook meat on high till outside is brown. Turn steak over and brown on opposite side on medium high heat. Remove from pan or turn heat down and cook till desired doneness. Let sit covered 5 minutes.
