1 cup finely shredded zucchini
1 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C cream cheese
1/2 cup nut chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 c mayo
1/2 tsp sal1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place zucchini in a strainer and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a bowl combine all ingredients mixing well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
3. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables
