1 cup butter flavored crackers (about 25)
1/2 cup butter melted
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream(divided)
3 eggs
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine crackers and butter and press into the bottom of 9" springform pan. and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
2. Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream until smooth. Add eggs and other ingredients except crab meat until well blended. Fold in crabmeat.
Pour over crust.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
4. Cool for 10 minutes and run knife carefully around edge. Let cool for 1 more hour.
5. Spread remaining sour cream on top. Refrigerate over night. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions or parsley.
