2c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2c buttermilk
2 eggs
4tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs.
Combine dry ingredients together.
Mix egg yolks,oil and buttermilk together then add to dry ingredients.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Heat oil in pan then just make delicious fluffy pancakes!

A substitute for buttermilk
mix 3 tbsp vinegar in 2c milk and let stand for 10 min.
