2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/3 c. milk**
2 (10oz.) pkgs chopped broccoli*
1 c. (Flako) pie crust mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 eggs**
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400F. Grease a 10" glass or ceramic pie plate.
Combine cheese, broccoli, onions, salt and pepper, in the pie plate. In a blender on high speed, combine eggs, milk and pie crust mix. Blend until smooth; then pour over mixture in the pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

* You can use 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken instead of the broccoli, or 1 cup chicken and one package of broccoli.
** For easier blending with pie crust mix, have the milk and eggs at room temperature.
