2 slices day-old bread, cut into 1/4" cubes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tblsp parsley flakes
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp mayonnaise
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cans crabmeat, drained & cartlage removed
2 tblsp canola oil

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ing., mix well. Add crab, mix gently. Form mixture into eight balls; flatten slightly.
In a large nonstick skillet cook crabcakes in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
