1/2 pkg (4 oz) fat-free cream cheese, cubed
1/2 C (2 oz) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 C mild or medium chunk salsa
2 tsp reduced-fat milk (2%)
Baked tortilla chips and assorted fresh vegetable dippers
Hot peppers and cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in a small pan. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in salsa and milk. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Transfer dip to small serving bowl and serve with chips and veggies. Garnish with peppers and cilantro, if desired
