Ingredients:

Combine:
1/4 c. splenda
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. honey
2 T. peanut butter (I use chunky, but creamy works as well)
1 egg white
1 T. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in separate bowl:
1 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice

Slowly add dry mixture to sugar mixture. When combined stir in:
2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. rice crispies
1/3 c. dark chocolate chips

optional:
1/4 c. chopped nuts (I like almonds)
1/4 c. dried cranberries or raisins

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden. Score the top and then turn out onto a cooling rack. Once cooled, break along score lines.
