1 cup long grain rice (Uncle Ben's uncooked)
1 package dry Lipton Onion Soup mix
10 pieces chicken
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
2 1/2 cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a roaster. On bottom put rice. Over rice put onion soup mix. Place chicken (skin side up) over rice. Salt, pepper and paprika chicken. Add Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Celery soup with water over chicken. Cover and cook 2 - 3 hours at 350º. Remove cover for 1 hour to brown.
