4 c. chili beans
2 tsp. salt
2 or 3 onions (chopped)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 qt. catsup
2 qt. tomato juice
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard dissolved in a little water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans until tender (not soft), then add salt (more if needed). Add onions and beef to beans. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer slowly until done. Usually about 3-4 hours.
