4 fresh Salmon filets
Durkee Grill Creation Citrus Grill

Dipping Sauce
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 t dill pickle relish
3/4 t Citrus Grill

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle Citrus Grill on salmon( about 2 t per lb of salmon) grill or broil until fish flakes with a fork.

For dipping Sauce combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill relish and Citrus Grill and a bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

This is an excellent way to serve salmon. Make sure the salmon is fresh and does not have a fishy smell. It will melt in you mouth. Caution it is rich, though.
