8 large cucumbers (peeled & sliced)
1 Cup sliced onion
1 Cup diced celery (optional)
1 green pepper diced
1 red sweet pepper diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Let stand hour. Drain.

Mix in a bowl:
2 Cups sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 Cup vinegar

Stir till dissolved. Pour over cucumbers in a pan.
