1 can white kernel corn, drained 1 can peas, drained (save 1 tbsp juice) 1 small can red pimentos 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped onion 1 green pepper, chopped 1 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup oil 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 cup vinegar
Mix all ingredients together along with pea juice. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
