6c. strawberries
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. chambord (raspberry liqueur)

Directions:
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in blender and pour into a 9x12" pan. Place in freezer for approximately 2 1/2 hrs. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop in t a dessert glass and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
