4 potatoes
12 oz stew meat cut into bite sizes
1/2 cup flour
3 T oil
2 cups carrots
1/2 cup corn
1 onion (optional)
1 pkg beef stew mix
Directions:
Directions:
To make the meat: roll meat in flour and brown in oil

In crockpot: add 1 cup water, meat, potatoes, carrots, corn, onion, and beef stew mix

Let cook on low all day
