6 Chicken Breasts; cooked and cubed
1 box Medium Shells; cooked until soft
6 Hard Boiled Eggs;chopped
6 stalks of Celery; chopped
1 Red Onion; chopped
2 Green Peppers; chopped
1 can Cashew pieces
21/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. Dijonaise Mustard
1T. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Miracle Whip, Mustard and Lemon Juice. In a small separate bowl, combine the Miracle Whip, Mustard and Lemon Juice, stir this into the large bowl until everything is coated. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle with Paprika if desired.
