Ingredients: 1 can refrigerated biscuit (10 biscuits) 1/2 lb ground beef 1 jar (14 oz) Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat over to 375 degrees. In muffin pan, evenly press each biscuit in the bottom and up the side of each cup; chill until ready to fill. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat and drain. Stir in pizza sauce and heat through. Evenly spoon the mixture into prepared muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently remove pizza cups from the muffin pan and serve. |
