1 15 1/2-oz can pear halves or slices
1 8-oz carton plain yogurt
3 T honey
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
food coloring (optional)
almond extract (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the paper cups in a 8x8 baking dish. Open the can of pears and drain. Put the pears, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and coloring or extract into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour mixture into the paper cups and cover each cup with foil. Use a knife to make a small hole in the center of each foil square. Slide a wooden stick through each hole and into the fruit mixture in the cup. Freeze cups for 4 to 6 hours until the pops are firm. To serve, remove the foil and tear the paper cups off the pops.
