Ingredients:  
1-4 lbs beef trimmed of fat and cut into cubes
2 C of V-8 Juice or canned Diced Tomatoes
32 oz or 4 C Beef Broth
1 Onion chopped
3 Garlic Cloves chopped
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
Opt: 1/4C uncooked noodles or 1/2 C rice

Cut up cooked beef or brown meat in dutch oven. Drain off fat and add all ingrediants. Simmer 30-60 minutes. Remove meat and shred or cube. Bring soup to a boil, return meat to soup and add optional noodles or rice. Cook till noodles are tender.

Thicken by adding 1-2 T of cornstarch mixed with 2 T of cold water.
