1/2 C vanilla milk pieces or 3 oz vanilla-flavored candy coating, chopped
1 tsp shortening
10 long pretzel logs
decorative candies or colored sugars
Directions:
Directions:
Place the vanilla milk pieces or candy coating and shortening in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is softened enough to stir smooth. Holding a pretzel over the mixture, carefully spoon mixture over the end of the pretzel. Place the wand on a sheet of wax paper. Sprinkle with decorative candies. Repeat with remaining logs. Let stand at room temperature until the melted mixture become firm (about an hour).
