1/2 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
12 oz chocolate chips
pinch of salt
1/2 t vanilla
1 bag colored marshmallows
1/2 c chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a roasting pan on the top of the stove. Stir in the eggs and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in the bag of colored marshmallows and the pecans.

Lay out wax paper or parchment paper about 3 1/2 feet on the counter. Sift the powdered sugar onto the paper, pour the mixture out onto the paper. Sift powdered sugar on top. Wrap the paper around the cookies and freeze until solid. Unwrap and slice into cookies.
