Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs (will need to separate whites from yolks into separate bowls)
1-3/4 cups milk
4 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:

Put dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. After beating egg yolks and milk in their own bowl, add milk-egg mixture and melted butter to dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until white and stiff, then fold into mixture in large bowl. (Don't mix too much-the egg whites add the fluff to the waffles.) Preheat waffle iron. Pour small amount of dough onto iron when hot. Amount of dough needed varies with the shape of size of each iron. You may want to remove waffle from the iron before the light indicator says that it's ready if you want a less crispy, fluffy waffle.
