Personal Notes:
I have tried this and it is absolutely a winner. I eat it almost once a week. It is like a potato casserole. After several tries and getting other's opinions about the taste, I have altered the recipe to fit each family's taste buds. I like it with bread crumbs myself. So find out what way your family likes it....you will not be disappointed. This is a family recipe in which Kathy Miraflor doesn't usually share with others. She shared it with my family because I share the HULA with her. Mahalo Kathy! ONOLICIOUS!
