1 1/2 - 2# chicken breast, cooked and cubed
48 oz. Northern beans (undrained)
1 1/2 c. Medium salsa
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
3 1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 t. black pepper
1 t. basil
1 t. oregano
3/4 t. cayenne pepper
3/4 t. cumin

Put all ingredients in large stock pot. Cook 30-40 minutes on stove.

This is the easiest chili!!! I have continuous requests for it (even in the summer months). Also holds up great in crock pot. I usually cook on stove for 30 minutes and then transfer to crock pot.
