1 small lemon jello
1 small orange jello
2 c. hot water
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 X 13 inch casserole mix jello and water. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges. Let set until almost congealed (in fridge). Cover the top with small marshmallows. Will take almost whole package. Do not mash into salad.
Mix together 1 c. whipping cream, unwhipped, 1 cup mayonnaise and pour over marshmallows. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
