1 8oz tub light cream cheese spread
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 apple chopped, divided
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp chopped pecans
Wheat Thins cinnamon snack crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix cream cheese, sugar and spice in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in half the apple. Spread into an 8' pie plate or small casserole dish. Top with remaining apples, cheddar cheese and pecans. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until heated through. Serve with the crackers.
