1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup butter
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
2/3 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 375. In an medium sized saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup; cook and stir over medium heat until combined. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla.
For crust: combine oats and brown sugar mixture, mixing well. Press oat mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips - stir in 2/3 cups of peanut butter. Slowly pour over hot crust, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Cool in pan for several hours or until chocolate layer is firm.
