1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne
3 lb pork loin

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients, except roast, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool. Marinate roast overnight in refrigerator. The next day, remove roast from marinade and place in a shallow roasting pan. Roast at 350 for 35 minutes on one side. Turn over and bake an additional 1 1/2 hours. Baste with marinade while roasting. This roast is excellent done on the barbeque. Cutting a pork loin into thick chops and marinating in this sauce and then grilling is another good choice!
