1 can evaported milk 2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c, cracker crumbs 1 egg 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 T. tellow mustard 1 1/2 shredded cheese 1 loaf French Bread
Mix all ingredients except, the french bread. Cut french bread lenghtwise. Mound beef mixture on top of each loaf. Place on cookie sheet. Bake it 350º degrees for 35 mins. Slice bread and serve it with green salad.
