lb. thin spaghetti
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon sesame oil
3 scallions, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare spaghetti and toss with sesame oil and soy sauce. Chill slightly and then toss with the following sauce and add optional ingredients (grilled chicken) if desired.


Mix all ingredients except ginger, garlic, and scallions into a very smooth sauce. Add ginger, garlic, and scallions. Toss both things together and serve.
