• 4 tablespoons of butter
• ¼ cup of flour
• 2 cups of milk (heated in microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds)
• ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• ⅛ of teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter over medium heat. Then add the flour and whisk till smooth and bubbling. Add the milk and whisk constantly over medium heat to boiling. Boil one minute till thickened. Lower the heat and add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cheese and whisk until cheese has melted.
