• Idaho or Russet Potatoes • Butter • Sour Cream • Scallions, sliced • Salt and Pepper • Grated Cheese
Scrub them clean and then poke holes with a long handled fork for about 8 times. Preheat oven to 350° and place potatoes directly on the oven shelf and bake for an hour and 15 minutes, and flip it halfway though.
