8 oz. macaroni-cooked 3 tablespoons minced onion 2 tablespoons minced celery Salt and Pepper to taste 1 cup of Mayonnaise 1/4 cup of vinegar 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 tablespoon of milk 2-3 tablespoon carrot, grated
Combine ingredients until well blended (wet ingredients). Shake the sauce in a jar. Taste the sauce to check it. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients.
