1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cups sliced raw potatoes 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Brown sausage, drain, set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In a 2 qt.casserole dish layer half of potatoes, half of soup mixture and half of sausage. Repeat ending with sausage. Cover, bake at 350º for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
